We are seeking a talented and motivated Stores Operator to join our dynamic team.

Ensuring compliance with the Company Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Policies and reporting any potentially dangerous issues / faults to your direct Team Leader or Production Manager, including but not limited to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

To ensure quality products are produced in the required quantity, on time, and at the lowest possible cost, in a manner in keeping with the Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures of the company.

Demonstrate a positive attitude to training and personal development.

Monitor the performance of the process ensuring maximum output is achieved at all times.

Carry out and document the correct quality control checks for each job performed, completing all production paperwork.

Work as a team to ensure departmental targets, company targets and customer deadlines are achieved.

Good level of numeracy and general education.

Basic knowledge of computers.

Manufacturing background and understanding of manufacturing process.

Self‑motivated individual with a strong work ethic and keen eye for detail.

Focused on target completion and proven ability to achieve results.

Must possess a positive working attitude.

Ability to work well as part of team and communicate with other workers.
