Marketing Director

The Marketing Director is the guardian, catalyst and growth engine of the Mamas & Papas brand. You will own the customer journey from awareness to advocacy, supporting profitable and sustainable delivery of our product, category & channel growth missions, while building, protecting, and elevating the brand's reputation, emotional connection, and salience with customers. You will balance short-term commercial performance with long-term brand equity within our omnichannel, global & ambitious business.
