Quality Manager

Reporting to the Head of Quality, this leadership role drives delivery of the quality strategy across all Alliance projects. The role leads assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement activities ensuring standards are met and exceeded across major infrastructure works.

• Deliver against the TRU West quality management strategy and KPIs
• Lead and develop quality teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Manage audits, non‑conformance close‑out, and site surveillance
• Use quality data to identify trends and drive improvement initiatives
• Act as primary contact for quality matters across partners and stakeholders
• Facilitate Root Cause Analysis workshops and quality training sessions

• Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001 or equivalent)
• Strong civils/construction background (Rail experience desirable)
• Proven leadership and assurance experience
• Skilled in audit management, reporting, and data analysis
• Proficient with SharePoint and MS Office
