Quantity Surveyor - Industrial Projects

Up to £50,000 per annum
Working Pattern:
Hybrid (2 days WFH)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client's team and work on high-value industrial projects across the North East. You'll take ownership of commercial and contractual responsibilities, ensuring projects run smoothly, costs are controlled, and compliance is maintained throughout.
Key Responsibilities- Support a site-based commercial team across MSIP & E&I contracts
- Prepare and manage cost reports, CVRs, and financial forecasts
- Lead subcontract procurement, negotiation, and final account settlements
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and commercial governance
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage project cash flow
- Contribute to month-end reporting and performance analysis
- Proven experience in a similar role within industrial or construction sectors
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (RICS membership desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent numerical and communication skills
- Salary up to £50,000
- Hybrid working (2 days from home)
