We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Community Rehab team in Hull. • Assess and treat patients with a variety of conditions, including falls, frailty, neurological conditions, and postural management issues.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Work autonomously in the community to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community services to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Must hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist is essential, with a preference for NHS experience.
• HCPC registration is required.
• Experience in community settings, particularly in community rehab, is essential.
• Competence in working with neurological conditions.
• Ability to work independently and reliably, covering Hull and the East Riding area.
• Capacity to travel as part of the role.
