Berkshire (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite) Salary: £80,000 per annum Reporting to: CEO Are you an experienced finance leader ready to take full ownership of the finance function? We’re looking for a Head of Finance to join our growing business as the number one in finance, driving strategic and operational excellence.

The Role As Head of Finance, you will:
Lead the finance department and act as a key advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team. Manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports. Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deliver accurate, timely financial insights. Drive process improvements and support strategic decision-making to enable business growth. About You Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role.

Strong technical knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team. Commercially astute with the confidence to challenge and influence at board level. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
