Junior Recruitment Consultant

Location: Great Stukeley

We’re excited to be expanding our team and are looking for a motivated and driven Junior Recruitment Consultant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, specialising in the Catering and Hospitality sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a catering background who is looking to move into recruitment or further develop their recruitment career.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sourcing and engaging candidates via job boards, our CRM (Bullhorn), and other platforms

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients

* Taking detailed job briefs and creating effective job adverts

* Screening CVs, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews

* Preparing candidates for interviews and supporting them throughout the hiring process

* Negotiating offers and managing expectations of clients and candidates

* Providing a consultative, honest, and professional service throughout

What We’re Looking For:

* Background in catering or hospitality (desirable)

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Confident, proactive, and tenacious personality

* Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment industry

* Driving license & Own Vehicle (essential)
