Are you ready to turn data into action? In this role, you’ll lead a team of analysts and report developers to deliver high-quality insights that shape strategic and operational decisions. You’ll oversee analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance improvement. • Oversee development and delivery of performance reporting, dashboards, and data products.
• Deliver high-quality analytics and insight to support strategic and tactical decisions.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for analytics and report development.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress.
• Maintain oversight of data integrity and quality control.
• Champion performance insights across Water Recycling and the wider business.

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in a performance or strategic specialism.
• Significant experience in operational or management roles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Comfortable dealing with complexity and creating clarity from ambiguity.
