• Define and implement the quality vision and roadmap.
• Lead and develop the quality team.
• Set supplier quality standards and conduct audits.
• Drive supplier improvement to reduce defects.
• Oversee quality controls in production and improve pass rates.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Launch initiatives to reduce field failures and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Use customer feedback to drive product and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Operations to embed quality in the product lifecycle.
• Support new product launches with proactive quality planning.
• Promote Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem‑solving.

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field is desired but not essential.
• Extensive experience in quality roles within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean (VES) and statistical process control.
• Proven track record in leadership and development of high‑performing teams.
• Availability to work onsite from our office in St Ives.
