Trainee Dump Truck Driver

• 12-month residential trainee role based in Kambalda or the Kalgoorlie region
• 4 days, 4 nights, 6 off roster at St Ives
• Learn on the job with hands‑on training and support from industry experts

In the role, you will drive dump trucks as part of our surface mining team at our owner‑operated St Ives mine.

• Permanent role with a leading gold producer
• 6% site allowance and quarterly bonus up to 10% annually
• Monthly private health allowance
• Minimum of 5 weeks annual leave

• Current manual driver’s licence.
• A genuine passion for learning and a can‑do attitude
• Experience with in mining would be advantageous, however not required.

• Learn to safely operate dump trucks under supervision, supporting ore loading, hauling, and delivery in line with the mine plan.
• Develop knowledge of site procedures, safety standards, and operating practices, ensuring they are followed at all times.
• Build skills to efficiently move ore and contribute to production targets while gaining an understanding of cycle times and mine operations.
