Job Responsibilities:

G enerate, issue, and track client invoices  with proper terms and PO matching
Monitor accounts  and  incoming payments , ensuring  timely collections  and follow-ups
Regularly  review aging reports ,  flag risks , and  follow up on overdue accounts
Resolve billing disputes
Prepare monthly AR reports ,  audit documentation , and  reconciliations
Maintain up-to-date records of  financial transactions  and supporting documentation
Enter bills and related transactions accurately into the accounting system.
Attach and maintain sufficient  support documents  and backups for all transactions.
Handle emails and calls with vendors  and utility departments to resolve queries or discrepancies.
Ability to  create spreadsheets ,  collecting appropriate vendor documentation and setting vendors up in system
Review and verify payables for accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum  5 years  of hands-on experience in  US-based Accounting and AR
Strong understanding of  invoice management, collections, and reconciliation
Experience working with  Quick Books Desktop  will be an advantage
Exceptional  Excel skills  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Excellent  written and verbal English  communication skills
Experience supporting  cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently in a  remote environment.
