Job Description -1 :
Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon – (Sri Sai Dental College)

FMS Dental Clinics is seeking a proficient and academically inclined Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in clinical oral surgery along with a background in academic teaching, mentoring, or training postgraduates. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about both patient care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

- Perform a wide range of Oral and Maxillofacial surgeries, including trauma care, Orthognathic surgery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for full-mouth rehabilitations and surgical cases
- Utilize advanced diagnostics and surgical planning tools (CBCT, digital implant planning, etc.)
- Maintain comprehensive treatment records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols

Academic/Teaching Duties:

- Deliver lectures, seminars, and clinical instruction to undergraduate and postgraduate students in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
- Engage in research activities, contributing to the field through publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Qualifications:

- MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a senior lecturer in a Dental College or Hospital
- Proven track record in teaching, clinical practice, and research.

Job Description -2 :
Endodontists

FMS Dental Clinics is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Endodontist with 2 years of clinical experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in endodontic procedures, strong diagnostic abilities, and a passion for patient care. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional endodontic treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform root canal treatments, retreatments, and complex endodontic surgeries.
- Diagnose and manage dental pulp and periapical diseases using the latest diagnostic techniques.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including digital X-rays and CBCT, to formulate precise treatment plans.
-  Provide emergency care for endodontic trauma and infections.
-  Educate patients on procedures, recovery, and long-term oral care.
-  Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.

Qualifications:

- BDS/MDS in Endodontics from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Endodontics, preferably in a reputed dental clinic.
- Proficiency in advanced endodontic procedures and use of modern dental equipment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude.
