To further increase our presence in Indian industries facing chemical risks, we are looking for an experienced Adviser/ Trainer for safety products and chemical risk management for the Maharashtra region.

To further increase our presence in Indian industries facing chemical risks, we are looking for Advisers / Trainers for chemical risk management and chemical splash first-aid.

Missions :

After being trained in Prevor solutions and our client management system, your missions will be to:

- Within the region that you will cover, ensure all clients receive training and onsite technical surveys every two years to ensure optimal use of Prevor solutions, hence lowering risks of accidents and use outside recommended protocols.
- Provide full reports on training sessions, allowing:
- The sedentary commercial team to have up-to-date information on clients to provide the best service possible.
- The technical sales team to gain market intelligence and opportunities.
- The marketing team measures clients’ satisfaction with our solutions.
- Support and challenge technical sales representative in providing top-notch after-sale services to clients: regular communication, information and agenda sharing to optimize resources (time, budget).
- Support the international training team efforts in developing new training content by providing insight on Indian market training needs: opportunities, needs, constraints.
- Proactively monitor regulatory and best practices on occupational health and safety within concerned industries, and to provide regular feedback to HQ in India and France.
- Proactively monitor industrial accidents within Gujarat involving chemicals.
- Support marketing team in organizing and participating in events in Gujarat.

Many business trips are involved training our clients in your zone (on average at least 4-5 days per week) + team meetings in Mumbai every two weeks.

Who we are looking for:

- You have a scientific background with a specialization in chemistry, occupational health and safety, biomedical, biology or equivalent, either with:
- A Master of Science with 3-5 years of work experience.
- Or a Bachelor of Science with 5-10 years of work experience.
- Work experience in the field of:
- Occupational health and safety (EHS officer) or production (line manager, team leader) in industries manufacturing or using chemicals.
- First aid in an industrial zone: occupational nurse or paramedic, fire fighter.
- Fluency in both oral and written English, Hindi and a local language.
- Additional certifications in occupational health and safety are a plus.
