Senior Sales Manager Techno/Functional
Shift: EST timings of USA
Focus Areas:
Presales, conversions, SAP, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Product Stack, Data & AI Solutions
Location Preference:
India
- Hyderabad with exposure to USA & UAE markets
Reporting To:
Chief Data & AI Officer
Required Skills & Experience
1.Sales & Pre-Sales Experience
- Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in technical sales, solution consulting, or pre-sales roles
- Demonstrated customer conversion success across enterprise accounts
- Skilled in inside sales enablement, lead qualification, and opportunity nurturing
- Experience conducting pre-sales discovery calls, demos, and solution walkthroughs with CXO-level stakeholders
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Ability to work closely with account managers to shape customer strategy and drive pipeline velocity
- Partner with digital marketing teams to align campaigns with technical messaging and product positioning
- Collaborate with data research teams to tailor outreach based on industry-specific pain points and use cases
3. Communication & Enablement
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for technical and business audiences
- Experience creating sales toolkits, pitch decks, and value proposition briefs
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-centric narratives
4. Technical Expertise
- Deep understanding of SAP architecture, integration strategies, and solution positioning
- Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric, including One Lake and Power BI integration
- Strong command of Microsoft product stack:
Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Purview, and Copilot
- Familiarity with data governance, AI/ML use cases, and cloud-native open Fabric, databricks and snowflake analytics
5. Global Exposure
Proven engagement with clients or partners in USA and UAE markets
Understanding of regional compliance, procurement, and digital transformation trends
Good sales achievement records and customer succuss management mindset year after Year
