Qualifications & Experience
- 5–7 years of relevant work experience in corporate live events, conference center operations, or executive A/V support.
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and proven success in delivering measurable results.
Core Competencies & Soft Skills
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-obsessed mindset with a demonstrated ability to work well in a team and provide superior service to clients.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
- Ability to keep a flexible schedule to accommodate night/weekend events.
- Ability to travel between sites and offices if needed (based on requirement)
Technical Proficiency
- IT & OS:
Knowledge of Android, Chrome, iOS, Mac, Windows, and Linux.
- A/V Engineering:
Excellent understanding of signal flow in audio/video installations and advanced troubleshooting.
- Networking:
Understanding of WiFi, VLANs, ISPs, etc., as they pertain to A/V deployments.
- Tools:
Proficiency with helpdesk ticketing software, Google Workspace, and A/V production/post-production workflows.
