About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Word Press Developer who can build, maintain, and scale high-quality websites. This role is hands-on and collaborative, working closely with design, product, and marketing teams. You will also support collaboration with US stakeholders as needed.
What You’ll Do
Develop, customize, and maintain Word Press websites
Build and manage custom themes, plugins, and CMS structures
Ensure site performance, security, scalability, and reliability
Implement responsive and SEO-friendly designs
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments
Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams for feature delivery
Manage deployments, updates, backups, and ongoing site improvements
Write and maintain clear technical documentation
Must-Have Skills
5–8 years of hands-on Word Press development experience
Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Java Script
Experience building custom themes and plugins
Understanding of performance optimization and security best practices
Strong ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Comfortable working onsite in Hyderabad
Comfortable collaborating and supporting US time zone collaboration when required
Good to Have
Experience with SEO and performance optimization tools
Familiarity with CRM or marketing integrations
Experience working in SaaS or fast-paced environments
