Experience:
5 to 10 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM & Planning Cloud modules
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support Oracle SCM Cloud modules such as:
Inventory Management
Purchasing
Order Management
Product Hub
Manufacturing (optional)
Work on Oracle Planning Cloud modules including:
Demand Planning
Supply Planning
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Replenishment Planning
Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud SCM & Planning solutions.
Configure business processes, setups, workflows, and functional rules aligned with customer requirements.
Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT, Data Migration Support , and production rollout activities.
Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for integrations using OIC, ICS, REST/SOAP APIs .
Troubleshoot issues, provide root‑cause analysis, and offer scalable solutions for production support.
Ensure alignment with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, best practices, and release features.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to deliver high‑quality cloud solutions.
Required Skills
Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM and Planning Cloud modules.
Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end implementations , enhancements, and support projects.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud data structures, setups, flexfields, and security .
Good understanding of supply chain processes , demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and planning cycles.
Experience working with OIC integrations , data migration templates, and FBDI/ADFdi.
Ability to prepare BRDs, MD50s, test scripts, user training documents, and solution design documents.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
Exposure to Manufacturing Cloud , Costing , or Global Order Promising (GOP) .
Experience working in Agile environments .
Oracle Cloud certification in SCM or Planning.
