Technical Project Manager

Summary:

Evoke Technologies is seeking an experienced  Oracle Technical Delivery Manager  to lead and manage the delivery of Oracle-based enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, team leadership, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across Oracle ERP implementations and support engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of  Oracle ERP projects  (Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud / People Soft as applicable).
Manage technical and functional teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery aligned with business objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring strong stakeholder communication and satisfaction.
Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery governance.
Ensure adherence to delivery standards, best practices, and SLAs.
Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams and manage resource allocation effectively.
Drive solution architecture discussions and provide technical guidance where required.
Support pre-sales activities, estimations, and proposal reviews as needed.
Mentor team members and contribute to capability building within the Oracle practice.
Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of overall experience  in Oracle technologies, with  5+ years in a delivery management role .
Strong hands-on background in  Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud / Oracle Database / Oracle Middleware  (based on project needs).
Proven experience managing  large Oracle ERP programs  and multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of delivery models (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Experience working with global clients, especially US-based customers, is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Nice to Have
Oracle certifications
Experience in cloud migration (OCI / Azure / AWS)
Exposure to pre-sales and solutioning activities
