Job Summary
We are looking for a  Senior UI/UX Developer  who can seamlessly blend  design thinking with front-end execution . You will lead the creation of intuitive, visually compelling, and high-performance digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires strong ownership, a deep understanding of user behaviour, and hands-on development skills.

Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design
Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations
Define and maintain design systems, UI standards, and interaction patterns
Ensure consistency across products and platforms
Front-End Development
Convert designs into responsive, pixel-perfect UI using HTML, CSS, Java Script
Develop reusable components and front-end libraries
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
Collaborate closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs
Implement accessibility and usability best practices (WCAG standards)
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders
Mentor junior UI/UX designers and front-end developers
Review designs and code to ensure quality and consistency
Contribute to product strategy and UX roadmap

Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in  UI/UX principles and interaction design
Proficiency in  Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch
Solid experience with  HTML5, CSS3, Java Script
Hands-on experience with  React / Angular / Vue.js

Experience with  responsive and mobile-first design
Knowledge of  accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
Design Skills
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layouts
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems

Experience with usability testing and user-centric design
Soft Skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and design quality
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Leadership and mentoring capabilities

Good to Have

Experience with  design systems (Material, Ant Design, custom systems)
Familiarity with  motion design and micro-interactions
Experience in  SaaS / Fin Tech / E-commerce  platforms
Basic knowledge of  backend technologies and APIs
