Job Description:
6+ Oracle SCM Cloud Support Experience
Support experience of Procurement, Inventory, OM related to user tickets, month end closing, reconciliation and patch testing
Excellent business communication skills
Ability to speak to business users and process owners to understand the ticket requirements
Must work in Night Shift (US EST business hours 9 AM to 5 PM EST)
Nice to have - EBS SCM Functional Support / Implementation
Understanding of Supply Chain business operations
Analytical, Problem solving and multi tasking skills
