Must Have:

PowerBI

• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development with PL 300 certification, including:

o Dashboard creation, data modeling, and report development. o Advanced DAX and visualization techniques.

• Ability to perform dashboard conversion from Tableau to Power BI.

• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing Power BI solutions

Good to have:

- • Knowledge of Tableau, Qlik, or other BI tools

- • Ability to identify feature equivalence between Tableau and Power BI.

- • Capability to create workarounds for unsupported Tableau features in Power BI
- . Good handle on SQL

Roles & Responsibilities :

1 Develop Power BI dashboards by referencing existing Tableau Workbooks and completing the conversion process.

2 Ensure in-depth understanding of Power BI features and recommend alternative solutions for any feature gaps.

3 Build and optimize Power BI data models and reports.

4 Implement DAX expressions, advanced report development, and best practices for model design, optimization, drill-throughs, and visual filters.

5 Perform comparative testing to validate:

• Consistent look & feel, and aesthetics.

• Data accuracy between Tableau and Power BI dashboards.

6 Collaborate with stakeholders to identify equivalent features and propose workarounds for unsupported Tableau functionalities.

7 Take ownership of deliverables from offshore

8 Drive as one team approach with strong leadership and problem-solving skills

9 Liaison with customer for requirements and deliverables
