Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Developer who can seamlessly blend design thinking with front-end execution. You will lead the creation of intuitive, visually compelling, and high-performance digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires strong ownership, a deep understanding of user behaviour, and hands-on development skills.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
- Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations
- Define and maintain design systems, UI standards, and interaction patterns
- Ensure consistency across products and platforms

Front-End Development

- Convert designs into responsive, pixel-perfect UI using HTML, CSS, Java Script
- Develop reusable components and front-end libraries
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
- Collaborate closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs
- Implement accessibility and usability best practices (WCAG standards)

Collaboration & Leadership

- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders
- Mentor junior UI/UX designers and front-end developers
- Review designs and code to ensure quality and consistency
- Contribute to product strategy and UX roadmap

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in UI/UX principles and interaction design
- Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch
- Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, Java Script
- Hands-on experience with React / Angular / Vue.js

- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)

Design Skills

- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layouts
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems

- Experience with usability testing and user-centric design

Soft Skills

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and design quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities

Good to Have

- Experience with design systems (Material, Ant Design, custom systems)
- Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions
- Experience in SaaS / Fin Tech / E-commerce platforms
- Basic knowledge of backend technologies and APIs
