As we scale our marketing and web presence, we are looking for a Webflow Engineer who can build, manage, and continuously improve high-quality web experiences.
About the role
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building and maintaining Ziply’s website using Webflow. You will work closely with marketing and design teams to ship fast, scalable, and conversion-focused web pages while maintaining performance, structure, and quality.
What you’ll do
Build, maintain, and optimize websites using Webflow
Convert Figma designs into clean, responsive Webflow builds
Manage Webflow CMS collections for blogs, landing pages, and resources
Ensure strong performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
Implement interactions and animations using native Webflow tools
Add basic custom code when required using HTML, CSS, and Java Script
Manage site publishing, updates, and ongoing improvements
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams
Comfortable collaborating and supporting US time zone collaboration when required
Must-have skills
3–5 years of hands-on experience working with Webflow
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic Java Script
Experience building responsive and CMS-driven websites
Strong attention to detail and design implementation
Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Good to have
Experience with SEO and performance optimization
Familiarity with analytics, forms, and third-party integrations
Experience working in a SaaS or fast-paced startup environment
