Job Description
Value Momentum is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and strategic Senior Analyst and Advisory Relations Manager with 10-15 years of experience. We’re looking for someone who can grow our global analyst and advisory relations function. Your primary goal is to ensure that analysts & advisors have a deep, accurate understanding of our strategy, solutions, offerings and market position. This person would also lead the report submissions, presentations and awards strategy.
This means working closely with Value Momentum’s leadership team, vertical and technology solutions teams.

Responsibilities
Measure the value and ROI of analyst and advisor relations
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key analysts from firms like Everest Group, Celent, Datos, and ISG to name a few. This involves regular communication, preparing briefings, acting as a reliable point of contact, and understanding each analyst’s research areas, timelines and needs.
Schedule and orchestrate briefings between analysts and company executives or subject matter experts. Manage inbound inquiries, providing analysts with the information they need for their research, reports, and reviews.
Work closely with solution and marketing teams to develop messaging and content tailored specifically for an analyst/advisor audience. Ensure that all communications are consistent, compelling, and aligned with Value Momentum’s messaging and positioning.
Manage the company’s participation in major industry reports, events, workshops and awards. This includes preparing the company’s submission, coordinating with internal teams, and reviewing drafts of the report to ensure factual accuracy.
Act as the internal voice for the analyst community. Translate analyst feedback and market insights back to vertical and technology solutions teams to help inform and influence company direction and stay ahead of market trends.
Ensure the company is maximizing AR advisory sessions to get the market insights, industry opportunities and competitive positioning needed to grow our market share
Research and monitor media trends, competitor news, and identify opportunities to help reposition Value Momentum’s business, and drive referrals
Lead the submission process end-to-end for earned recognitions, bringing in the necessary teams and individuals to contribute and amplify our message. Drive integrated comms plans to amplify recognition across social media and internal communications
Manage our participation in key analyst events and briefings
Maintain a tracker for awards, recognitions, and upcoming reports
Qualifications
10-15 years of direct analyst and advisor relations experience in B2B technology, preferably the services industry
The successful candidate will be a “quick learner” with the ability to continuously learn and apply feedback to work; keen interest and acumen for understanding our products, services and value proposition vis a vis the competition
Ability to drive communications work streams with little oversight; proactively connect dots across teams
Knowledge of analyst relations best practices and strong existing relationships
Familiarity with analyst evaluation methodologies (e.g., Magic Quadrants, IPL, PEAK Matrix, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced working environment
Attention to detail and high degree of professional rigor
Comfortable working in a globally distributed environment
