Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to transform data into insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality dashboards, reports, and data models.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, VBA and macros
Build automated reporting solutions that support business functions across the organization.
Performance Measurement
Design KPIs, tracking metrics, and performance frameworks to evaluate business initiatives.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic projects and operational decisions.
Required Qualifications
Any Graduate
2-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related roles.
Strong expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Strong with Advanced Excel, VBA, Macros
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Experience working with large and complex datasets.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
