The Salesforce Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging the gap between business requirements and Salesforce implementation, ensuring successful project delivery. Growth in the role will require the Sr Salesforce Business Analyst to assess evolving needs, enhance internal and external user experience, and apply skills and insight to propose high-value changes to the processes, policies, and systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Salesforce development projects from conceptualization to implementation.
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives. Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit detailed and clear requirements.
Documentation:
Document and maintain detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. Create and update documentation related to system configurations and customizations.
Salesforce Configuration:
Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. Collaborate with developers and administrators to implement solutions.
Data Analysis:
Perform data analysis to ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce. Identify data migration needs and collaborate with data migration specialists
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute test plans, ensuring that solutions meet quality standards. Collaborate with QA teams to perform system testing and user acceptance testing.
User Training and Support:
Provide training to end-users on new features and functionalities. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
Report and Dashboard Creation:
Design and create reports and dashboards to visualize key performance metrics. Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and optimize data visibility.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, product owners/managers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the CPQ system effectively supports sales operations and drives business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor‘s Degree or equivalent experience - Required
5+ years Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role

Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certifications - Required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, accurately, and tactfully
Solid presentation and facilitation skills
Must be highly organized, able to effectively prioritize work, be oriented to detail, and have excellent follow through
In-depth knowledge of CPQ software platform
Proficient in JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel knowledge.
