Role Summary
Own end-to-end business analysis for one or more initiatives. Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into clear, testable requirements and drive delivery with confidence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
Lead discussions and analysis to elicit, validate, and prioritize requirements.
Run Agile dev teams independently.
Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, use cases, and wireframes.
Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT; ensure acceptance criteria are met.
Maintain strong stakeholder communication, influence decisions, and proactively remove blockers.
Track delivery metrics; escalate risks with mitigation options.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, data, and compliance to ensure traceability from business case → requirements → test cases → release.
Prepare BRDs/FRDs, release notes, and trainings, support change management.

Exceptional communication  (verbal, written, presentation) with executive presence.
Confidence to drive projects  end-to-end; operates with ownership and urgency.
Demonstrated career intent  (e.g., initiatives, certifications, leadership activities).
Stakeholder management & negotiation; structured thinking; outcome orientation.
Skills & Tools
MS Excel/PowerPoint.
Basics of SQL/data analysis; comfort with dashboards and KPIs.
Familiarity with wire framing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology/Business (or equivalent).
Success Measures (First 90 Days & Ongoing)
100% clarity and sign‑off on scoped features; zero critical requirement gaps in UAT.
Stakeholder satisfaction ≥ 8/10; on-time delivery of sprint commitments.
