McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, Financial Systems – TRIRIGA. This role supports the execution and adoption of TRIRIGA, McDonald’s global lease management platform. The Supervisor partners with internal stakeholders to ensure TRIRIGA meets operational needs, supports accurate lease data entry, and aligns with enterprise standards. This position reports to the Manager, Financial Systems – TRIRIGA and plays a key role in supporting system configuration, testing, and user enablement.
The candidate is expected to reside in Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the business solutions strategy and roadmap for TRIRIGA, ensuring alignment with lease management objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into system requirements.
Determine feasibility and value of proposed changes to TRIRIGA.
Support deployment and adoption of TRIRIGA enhancements across the business.
Own and execute user acceptance testing and configuration activities.
Assist in gathering and documenting technical requirements for system updates.
Provide day-to-day support for TRIRIGA operations, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
Certifications in TRIRIGA or lease accounting preferred
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in finance systems or lease management
English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level
4)
Working knowledge of TRIRIGA and lease-related processes
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective communicator with strong collaboration abilities
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Experience supporting system configuration, testing, and deployment
