Position Summary:

Technical Business & Data Analyst: (Manager, Technical Business Analysis - People Analytics)
Lead the translation of complex business requirements into technical specifications and oversee technical documentation management.

Requirement Translation:
Lead the translation of complex business requirements into technical specifications
Documentation Management:
Oversee the maintenance and updating of technical documentation
Technical Liaison:
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams
Project Leadership:
Lead technical projects and ensure timely delivery
Advanced Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with senior stakeholders to refine requirements

Skill:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
5 years of experience in business analysis or related technical field
Proficiency in technical documentation and specification writing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with software development lifecycle and methodologies

Work location:

Hyderabad, India
Work pattern:  Full time role.
