Provide day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
Set up, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, and required applications
Support employees with email, system access, passwords, and basic cybersecurity practices
Monitor and maintain network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and internet performance
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and AMC management
Maintain inventory of IT assets, licenses, and documentation
Ensure data backup procedures and basic security protocols are followed
Assist with onboarding and offboarding by setting up and revoking IT access
Provide timely resolution and clear communication to internal stakeholders
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or technical support
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, Linux, basic networking, storage, hardware troubleshooting , and common productivity tools
Experience supporting email systems, shared drives, and collaboration tools
Understanding of IT security and data protection practices
Ability to diagnose issues quickly and provide practical solutions
Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests
Basic knowledge of server management or cloud tools
