Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations
Oversee procurement of raw materials, packaging, and services as per business needs
Identify, onboard, and manage vendors; negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs
Ensure timely inbound and outbound movement of goods
Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and sales teams for smooth operations
Track logistics costs and implement cost-optimization initiatives
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and quality standards
Resolve vendor, delivery, and supply-related issues proactively
Maintain MIS reports on procurement, logistics, and vendor performance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, and vendor management
Strong negotiation and vendor coordination skills
Good knowledge of inventory planning and logistics operations
Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
