Role Overview
We are the exclusive All-India channel partner for a European luxury fenestration brand, specialising in brass, stainless steel, aluminium, and wood window & door systems. We are hiring a full-time Fenestration Specialist with strong technical and site-level expertise to manage window systems from design and glass selection through installation and performance validation. Knowledge of curtain wall systems will be a strong added advantage, as several projects involve integrated facade and curtain wall responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical ownership of luxury window & door systems (brass, SS, aluminium, wood)
- Review and validation of factory sections, profiles, and shop drawings
- Glass specification: DGU/TGU, laminated, tempered, Low-E, acoustic & solar control
- Wind load / KPa understanding and system suitability recommendations
- Site supervision: openings, tolerances, sub-frames, anchoring, sealants, drainage
- Coordination with architects, façade consultants, civil contractors
- Troubleshooting water ingress, air leakage, condensation and movement issues
- Technical support during client and architect meetings
- Curtain wall knowledge (unitised / stick systems) is a strong plus
Candidate Profile
- 8–15+ years of hands-on experience in fenestration / window systems
- Strong site installation and execution background
- Solid understanding of glass engineering and performance logic
- Experience with European window or façade systems preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (sections, details, shop drawings)
- Detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable with luxury projects
- Willingness to travel across India
