Lead Planning and Logistics Engineer

Job Summary
The Lead Planning & Logistics Engineer is responsible for overseeing manpower planning, material management, and logistics across all IEC projects. This role demands strong organizational and strategic planning skills to optimize resources, ensure productivity, and maintain efficient operations on site. The position provides direct leadership to the Logistics Lead to ensure that logistics operations (mobilization, demobilization, transportation, and deliveries) are seamlessly integrated with manpower and material planning.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Lead manpower planning, forecasting, and deployment across multiple projects
Manage material planning and forecasting, including scaffolding systems
Oversee logistics planning for manpower and material mobilization/demobilization
Develop dashboards and reports for manpower, materials, logistics, and KPIs
Coordinate closely with HR, Procurement, and Operations to avoid shortages and delays
Mentor logistics teams and drive cost-effective, compliant site logistics

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in planning and/or logistics within industrial services or project environments along with data analysis and reporting
Strong analytical skills with a background in math and statistics.
Must be able to use Excel for advanced data manipulation, modeling, and visualization.
Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights.
