What you will do:

  • Conduct independent assessment, treatment, and discharge planning in a diverse community rehab setting
  • Utilise recognisable outcome measures and strong clinical reasoning to guide effective treatment plans
  • Confidently manage and plan your own caseload to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and recovery

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration is essential to ensure compliance and credibility in your practice
  • Experience with in the NHS and post-qualification as an Occupational Therapist, ideally within community and rehab settings, is preferred
  • Preferably a car driver to ensure efficient travel across community locations
