You will provide leadership during the absence of the General Manager or District Manager, while sharing Manager On Duty responsibilities during off-hours and driving day-to-day hotel operations for profitability and guest satisfaction.
You will collaborate with regional leadership to identify opportunities, coach staff, and guide revenue-generating activities.
