Current, active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to assess residents, develop and implement care plans, and provide quality nursing care.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent resident care.
Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Must meet all required pre-employment screenings.
