Position: Admin Assistant  - Document Control
Location: North Killingholme

Elvet Recruitment is proud to be working with a prestigious, contractor who specialise in groundworks and civil engineering and are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team in South Humberside.

As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of the business. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that departmental processes are completed accurately and on time, while also providing general administrative support to the team as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Oversee document workflow within Common Data Environments.

* Uploading, revising and issuing documents to relevant parties

* Co-ordination of both site and office documentation to ensure revision control is maintained across the business

* Support the production of O&M documentation including liaison with project team members

* Monitor QEMS (Quality, Environmental, Management & Safety System) compliance

* Monitoring site paperwork and scanning

* Update and maintain office templates

* Ensure all site file/project documentation is archived in a timely manner

What We’re Looking For:

* Familiarity with construction practices and standards (desirable)

* Proficiency in using spreadsheets, databases, excel & Microsoft packages

* Experience in utilizing electronic document management systems

* Ability to maintain clear and accurate records and reports.

* Experience of working with Project Information Management Systems

Role Information:

* Monday to Friday

 * £26,000 - £30,000
