Position Description Warehouse Specialist Responsibilities Be responsible for matters such as import customs clearance of goods in overseas warehouses.
Be responsible for the daily operation and management of overseas warehouses to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouses.
Follow up on the receipt and dispatch of goods in the warehouse and inventory management to ensure the efficiency of goods inventory turnover.
Be responsible for delivering warehouse goods to the project site by means of less-than-truckload (LTL), full truckload (FTL) and express delivery, and ensure that after-sales goods are delivered without delay.
Be responsible for connecting with and serving the local after-sales service team, maintaining good cooperative relationships and improving customer satisfaction.
Be responsible for packaging matters such as unpacking, repackaging and labeling of goods in the warehouse.
Be responsible for the inventory management of overseas warehouses and maintaining the balance of accounts.
Be responsible for handling abnormal incidents in overseas warehouses and transportation delivery.
Be responsible for the monthly accrual, reconciliation and payment of logistics expenses.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree or above.
1-2 years of experience as a warehouse keeper in self-owned warehouses or overseas third-party warehouses.
1-2 years of work experience related to logistics and import customs clearance.
Proficiency in Italian and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Excellent expressive skills, communication and coordination abilities.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under high pressure.
Experience in logistics and warehouse management in the energy storage industry or Class 9 dangerous goods industry is preferred.
Familiar with local overseas legal requirements regarding the transportation of dangerous goods.
Have a forklift license.
