About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting operations for a reputed educational institution with multiple branches. The candidate must be highly proficient in Tally, GST compliance, and financial reporting. Fluent English communication is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts as per accounting standards

Manage student fee receipts, ledgers, and account reconciliation

Prepare Balance Sheet, P&L, MIS reports, and monthly financial statements

Handle vendor payments, petty cash, expense records, and inventory registers

Manage GST returns, TDS, PF, ESI, and all statutory compliance

Conduct monthly and annual bank reconciliations

Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits

Ensure timely processing of staff salaries

Support budgeting, cost control, and branch-wise financial reporting

Candidate Requirements:

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com (Preferred)
✔ Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience (experience in schools preferred)
✔ Strong command over Tally ERP, MS Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot), and Word
✔ Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI & IT provisions
✔ Strong analytical, reconciliation & documentation skills
✔ Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
✔ Candidates from Palwal / Faridabad preferred
✔ Fluency in English (written & spoken) is an advantage
