Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated affiliate Mechanic Relationship Management Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with our network of affiliate mechanics. The ideal candidate will have solid CRM experience, good communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with field and service teams. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain data of affiliate mechanics in the CRM system Act as a key contact point for mechanics, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns Monitor performance and feedback from affiliate partners Generate reports on affiliate engagement and satisfaction Collaborate with the service and operations teams to improve mechanic relations Support onboarding and engagement programs for new affiliates
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi/Kannada/Telugu Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities Knowledge of CRM systems and data management Analytical mindset with attention to accuracy and reporting Additional Information: Food will be provided Salary range: ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 (negotiable based on experience)
