Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Manager based in Hyderabad. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a range of events, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include liaising with clients to define event objectives, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with vendors, supervising event setup and on-site execution, and resolving any unforeseen issues during events.

The Event Manager will play a crucial role in delivering impactful and seamless events for our clients.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Event Planning, Event Coordination, and Budget Management
Strong Organizational, Time Management, and Leadership capabilities
Proficiency in Vendor Management, Negotiation, and Logistics Planning
Excellent Communication, Team Collaboration, and Problem-Solving skills
Familiarity with Event Technology and Project Management Tools
Ability to manage high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field
Prior experience in event management or a similar role is highly desirable
