Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for an Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist located in Namakkal. salary starts from 35k to 55k with free accommodation.

The professional will conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and hearing disorders. They will develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy sessions to clients, and engage in effective communication with clients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation and staying updated with advancements in audiology and speech-language pathology practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates must have complete UG or PG ( BASLP or MASLP).
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments for speech, language, and hearing disorders
- Ability to develop and implement evidence-based treatment and therapy plans
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients, caregivers, and team members
- Knowledge of tools and techniques for auditory training, voice therapy, and language intervention
- Understanding of various speech and language disorders, as well as hearing impairment conditions
- Relevant certification (such as Audiologist or Speech Language Pathologist credentials) and a degree related to audiology or speech pathology
- Empathy, patience, and a client-focused approach to care
- Prior experience in clinical or therapy settings, especially with special needs children, is an advantage
- Commitment to continuing professional development and staying updated on industry advancements
