Qualification:

B. Tech/BE (Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication/Electrical) in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electrical

Location:

Mumbai (Maharashtra), Karwar (Karnataka), Kochi (Kerala)
Total No. of vacancies:  26 (Mumbai-12, Karwar-09, Kochi-05)
Experience required:  0  6 months
Training:  Basic training shall be provided

Roles and Responsibilities:

Attend/resolve defects/faults observed in Systems
Installation of OS, user management, network configuration, etc.
Application softwares installation, System configuration as per installation procedure, Defect identification and defect resolution (DI/DR) of software issues and other maintenance related issues.
Collection of data logs and any other logs
Assembly/De-assembly as per system documents or Computer based training (CBT) software manuals
Identification/Localization of hardware defects, resolution of defects as per hardware problem
Maintain logbook for all observed/reported problem and action taken to resolve the problem
Testing & trouble shooting of radio set for HATs & Ops checks as applicable.

Skills Required:

Adequate knowledge of Windows & Linux Operating System platforms.
Adequate knowledge of electronics testing and customer support.
Expertise in handling software errors, replacement of defective PCB/LRU on board
Repairs of the defective PCB/LRU
Ability to work on both hardware/software as per requirement
