Role - End User Support - L1
Years of Experience - 8 to 10 years
Location - Dholera, Gujarat
- End User Support - L1
- Responsibility:
- Provide Level 1 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals running Windows and macOS.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and resolution for hardware and software issues.
- Handle limited Linux-based systems support as required.
- Assist with OS installations, upgrades, and patch management.
- Respond to service requests and incidents within defined SLAs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with higher-level support teams for escalations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Basic understanding of Linux environments.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, user account management, and common productivity tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
