Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain customizations, extensions, and integrations within Oracle EBS (R12 / R12.2).
Work on Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Enhancements (RICE components).
Develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and APIs for custom requirements.
Support and enhance Oracle EBS modules across Financials, SCM, and HRMS.
Collaborate with functional consultants to analyze business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
Perform debugging, tuning, and optimization of Oracle applications.
Participate in EBS upgrades, patching, testing, and deployment activities.
Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation (MD50, MD70, etc.).
Work closely with DBA, functional, and business teams to ensure smooth operations and system stability.

Skills Required:

Strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 / R12.2 technical development.
Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, Forms, Reports, and Workflows.
Experience in developing and maintaining RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
Sound knowledge of EBS modules like Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA), SCM (PO, INV, OM), and HRMS.

Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and BI Publisher is an advantage.
Strong analytical and debugging skills for performance tuning and issue resolution.
Hands-on experience in EBS integration with third-party applications.
Familiarity with Oracle tools such as Toad, SQL Developer, and version control systems (Git, SVN).
Understanding of functional flows and ability to collaborate effectively with functional teams.
Excellent documentation and communication skills (MD50, MD70 preparation).
