About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Managers to spearhead strategic business growth across the APAC and EMEA regions. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving revenue through consultative selling of our diverse portfolio of enterprise solutions and digital transformation services. You will work closely with industry leaders, delivery teams, and partners to drive new customer acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
This position will be reporting to Business Head APAC EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across target verticals in APAC/EMEA.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, with a focus on consulting-led enterprise selling.
Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, including CXOs, VPs, and Directors.
Collaborate with internal delivery and pre-sales teams to shape customized value propositions and proposals.
Manage and grow pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Stay updated with market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
Represent the company at regional industry events, conferences, and client engagements.

Data Science Solutions: AI/ML Use Cases in Supply Chain, Commercial, and eCommerce
RPA Practice:
Process Automation using Bots
Products (SaaS / PaaS): TMS, Demand Supply Planning, Control Tower Platforms
Generative AI:
Custom Gen AI use cases for enterprise clients
Preferred Industry Experience
Pharmaceuticals / Life Sciences
Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) / FMCG
Hi-Tech / Electronics
Industrial / Engineering
Key Qualifications
8+ years of sales experience in IT services, consulting, or enterprise product companies.
Strong track record in selling complex, multi-million-dollar technology and consulting solutions.
Exposure to digital transformation and supply chain modernization is a strong plus.
Existing network of decision-makers in target industries is highly desirable.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter with ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel across APAC/EMEA as required.
