Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced  Windows Server Administrator (L2/L3)  with strong expertise in  Windows, VMware, Linux administration, and Azure cloud . The candidate must be available for a  mandatory face-to-face interview in Hyderabad on Saturday, 10th January 2026 , and should be able to join within  30 days .

Key Responsibilities
Provide  L2/L3 support  for  Windows Server environments  (2012/2016/2019/2022).
Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot  Windows and Linux servers .
Manage and support  VMware infrastructure  (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
Administer and support  Azure cloud services , including VMs, storage, networking, and backups.
Perform  incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis (RCA) .
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity; implement optimization measures.
Manage  Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy , and security policies.
Handle patching, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery activities.
Support environment migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with application, security, and network teams for issue resolution.
Required Skills
7+ years of hands-on experience in  Windows Server Administration (L2/L3) .
Strong experience with  VMware  (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
Good hands-on knowledge of  Linux Server Administration .
Experience working with  Microsoft Azure  (Azure VMs, Storage, Networking).
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and communication skills.
Experience in  production support environments .
Good to Have
Azure / VMware certifications.

Experience with Power Shell or shell scripting.
Exposure to monitoring tools and ITIL processes.
