We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to drive growth in the IT Managed Services space. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and expanding business across global markets, particularly in NOC, SOC, SIEM, and MSP services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for IT managed services including NOC, SOC, SIEM, and white-label MSP offerings.
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, resellers, and enterprise customers.
Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions, presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design tailored service proposals.
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, contracts, and pricing models.
Track sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Represent the organization in networking events, webinars, and industry forums.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Business Development / Sales within IT services or managed services.
Strong understanding of NOC, SOC, SIEM, MSP, cybersecurity, and cloud services.
Experience selling white-label or outsourced IT services is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with global clients across different time zones.
Strong pipeline management and deal-closing capabilities.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
Experience in US, Middle East, or European markets.
Exposure to channel partnerships and reseller models.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
Experience working with startups or fast-growing tech organizations.
