We are seeking a skilled BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and data teams to create robust, scalable, and user-friendly BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Build and optimize semantic models, tabular data structures, and reusable datasets.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate BI solutions into data lake, warehouse, or lakehouse architectures (Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, Big Query).
Implement BI development best practices including performance optimization and version control.
Ensure BI solutions adhere to enterprise data governance and security standards.
Mentor junior developers, ensuring design consistency and usability.
Promote self-service BI and data literacy across the organization.
Monitor BI adoption and performance, and drive continuous improvements.
