VAM Systems  is currently looking for   Desktop Support Technician  for our  Bahrain  operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Skills

· Experience in health care sector will be added value.

· 24/7 Support to all PCs with peripheral devices and for more than 9000 users.

· Provide technical assistance to endusers regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.

· Support more than 9000 Employee.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with computers, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.

· Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, and related hardware. Set up and maintain software applications, operating systems, and drivers.

· Perform routine maintenance on desktops and laptops, including hardware upgrades and repairs.

· IT Procurement and Vendor Management to related devices and equipment.

Skills & Qualifications

· ITIL Foundation

· Customer Service certificate

· Communication Skills

· Microsoft OS knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days)
